Happy Holidays!

We hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas and is looking forward to the New Year and all the new possibilities it holds!

This year, why not make a resolution to be healthy and happier--- and actually stick with it?

Whether you need a way to reduce pain or a way to improve your total quality of life, Dr. Frisch and Erin are ready and willing to help you reach your goals!

We will be offering a variety of Classes in the New Year and will keep you updated as they are scheduled. Our Nutrition Series of 2010 was a huge success and you can expect it to be even bigger and better in 2011!

With Erin coming to the end of her Personal Training Certification, be ready for even more health and wellness tips to be implemented into our office!

Frisch Family Chiropractic Nutrition Series!!

We are offering a series of classes to help you reach and maintain your Nutrition and Life-Style Goals!
Classes are free to attend and open to the public.

Our first class was held on July 21st-- Eat Your Way to Good Health
-Attendees were given a lot of useful nutrition tips as well as a exclusive preview of a Nutrition DVD series being produced and created by our friend, Thom Zwawa.

The rest of the series is as follows::

-August 4th-- Real Food; Lasting Results
-August 18th-- Successful Eating Made Simple
-September 1st-- Key Nutrition & Supplementation Tips

All classes will be held in our office and begin at 6:00pm. We will begin with a presentation by Dr. Chad Frisch and close with time for your questions.

All classes are on Wednesday.

Appointments


If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.



Financial


We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.



Cancellation


If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Chad Frisch grew up in in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. He has always known that he wanted to pursue a profession in the field of health. He sees his decision to become a chiropractor as a true blessing and feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to make people's lives better through chiropractic wellness care.

Dr. Frisch, D.C. graduated from the Life University, College of Chiropractic in December, 2008 with Cum Laude academic honors. Prior to receiving his chiropractic education, Dr. Frisch received a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin.

His work experience includes over 2 years learning under the advisement of Doctors of Chiropractic in both the student and outpatient clinics, as well as experience in the field interning within an extremely successful chiropractic clinic.

Receiving valuable knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with people through his varied experiences during his tenure as a chiropractic intern, his commitment to patient welfare is seen through the quality of patient care and positive outcomes he provides.

Dr. Frisch spends time volunteering in the community as a way to give back. He believes this is paramount to his success individually and as a business owner. Understanding the importance of the "team" concept he continues to add to his staff qualified individuals that will be instrumental in the success of Frisch Family Chiropractic.
